Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange or credit. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).


If you need to return an item, please email us info@douxsespt.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

Doux Sept pieces are made to order... meaning there is no pre-made stock to ship immediately. Once your order is placed, I begin making them as quickly as possible. Each bracelet requires a few hours of construction and curing before shipping. Most orders ship within 2 day. However, in some cases shipment can take 3-5 business days.
